Roland, a Springbok-German millionaire, is forced to take refuge in a remote cave in the Drakensberg and take stock of his life. The story shifts effortlessly between tenderness and tension, stillness and eruption, as he wrestles with his need for connection, the danger of emotional isolation, and the courage it takes to begin again.
