Industry standard training by professionals

Acting

On-camera training, stage performance, and one-on-one mentorship, students gain the tools, discipline, and industry insight to launch a sustainable career in performance. This is not a classroom — it’s a creative launchpad, where every lesson is practical, every challenge is real, and every instructor has walked the road.

Entrepreneurship

From managing your finances and marketing your craft, to building relationships and creating your own work — this course gives you the entrepreneurial edge every modern actor needs to thrive. Take control of your career, grow your brand, and step confidently into the business of being a performer.

Filmmaking

Step behind the camera and into the heart of the South African film industry with our Filmmaking Incubator — a hands-on training experience designed for emerging directors, writers, producers, and crew. Taught by working professionals from the local industry, this incubator is where raw talent is shaped into industry-ready filmmakers.

Frequently asked questions

What are the criteria to enter the incubator program?

Anyone can apply for an audition slot. To be considered, applicants must be 18 years or older and must have a Matric certificate (Grade 12 qualification). We’re looking for individuals with strong potential, discipline, and a clear commitment to developing their craft.

Can I study both Filmmaking and Acting?

Absolutely — we offer dedicated tracks in both disciplines. However, the application process differs:
Acting applicants are required to complete an audition,
Filmmaking applicants must submit a showreel or portfolio of previous work.
You’re welcome to apply for both, provided you meet the entry requirements for each.

Is the course accredited?

No. As an incubator rather than a formal higher education program, our focus is not on academic accreditation but on hands-on training with industry professionals. The course is designed to develop your specific skill set through practical experience, mentorship, and real-world exposure — preparing you for a sustainable career in the performing arts.

Will I be able to make a living in the performing arts industry?

Like any profession, building a sustainable career in the performing arts takes time, consistency, and strategy. While the industry can be competitive, there is ongoing demand for skilled performers and creators, with a range of career paths to grow into — from stage and screen to education, production, and beyond. Our program is designed to equip you with the tools, network, and experience to navigate that journey with confidence.
